The waterside Navy Yard district is known for the Nationals Park baseball stadium, and nearby eateries and gardens. Nautical history, from the American revolution to the present day, is recorded at the National Museum of the U.S. Navy at the historic 1800s Washington Navy Yard. Along the Anacostia Riverwalk Trail, The Yards Park has a riverside boardwalk and an event space for summer concerts.

We’ve taken a phased approach to expand across the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area. This expansion will help more members with their banking needs closer to the communities in which they live and work. See the steps of our implementation strategy below.
Phase 1 (Complete)
November 30th marked the end of Phase 1 with the closing and merging of the Municipal Branch with the Reeves Center Branch.
Phase 2 (Underway)
In May of 2024, DC Credit Union expects to open a new branch in the Navy Yard of Southeast Washington, DC and close the Reeves Center branch to align with the District’s plan to redevelop the Reeves Municipal Affairs Center.
Phase 3
Our expansion strategy will continue with our administrative offices also moving to the new location in Q3 of 2024.
