Account Information

Thank you for letting us know! Keeping your mailing address up-to-date helps us keep in touch with important account information. Simply download and fill out our change of address form and email to [email protected]

If you remember your username, enter that and hit “login”. Select “I forgot my password” and proceed to answer the security questions you set up. Can’t remember your answers? If you cannot enter the answers correctly, you will need to contact the credit union. After we verify your identity, we can reset your questions and password for you, then you will need to log in right away and set up new ones.

Direct Deposit & Early Pay

If you’re an employee of the DC government, you can receive your pay electronically before your “official” payday. Early Pay offers credit of your direct deposit to your DC Credit Union account up to one day early based upon when we receive your payroll from the DC government.

With direct deposit, your funds are automatically deposited for you, and are instantly available the day they’re received. It’s also the most secure way to receive your tax return. Sign up with your check issuer using our ACH routing number and your ACH-formatted account number:

DC Credit Union Routing Number: 254074455
Use your member account number and add “090” for deposit into your share draft checking account.

Fraud and Security

If you suspect you’ve been a victim of identity theft—when someone uses your personal information without your permission—please contact us immediately.

We also recommend you report the identity theft to Identitytheft.gov, a resource for victims of identity theft. They can provide checklists and sample letters to guide you through the recovery process. Learn more about how to protect yourself from fraud.

To report your lost or stolen Visa® Check Card card, please call 877-784-5551 during business hours or call 800-754-4128 after hours.
